6’eren Biss Key On SES 5 at 5.0°E New Frequency

6’eren is a Danish television channel owned and operated by SBS Discovery Media. It was launched on January 1, 2009 as a replacement to the channel known as SBS Net. Since it saw the light, 6’eren has been widely popular among male audiences.

Since its launch, 6’eren has portrayed all shows available on its grid with a thematic approach, meaning that some days have included boxing bouts or other sports, others have included science-fiction movies, while some have been dedicated to air TV series. The channel’s target audience has included men between 15 and 50 years of age.

Speaking about sports, 6’eren has made a name for itself by airing football competitions, boxing matches, and baseball games. All of them have been scheduled during the day they go live regardless of the “theme” the channel covers on that particular day. When it comes to football, 6’eren has aired content and live games related to competitions such as the UEFA Europa League, the English Premier League, La Liga, the Spanish Copa del Rey, the English FA Cup, and the English League Cup, to name a few.

6’eren was launched as a Standard Definition channel, but on January 1, 2011, exactly two years after its launch, a High-Definition feed saw the light to give users a new viewing experience. Both feeds may still be available in certain regions of the country.
